Gear Post: Carrier Pro ZIG Bag x Organizer for GoPro Cameras

My first look inside this unique product from Carrier Pro, the ZIG Bag x Organizer for GoPro cameras. Haven't seen a more organized and versatile way to store and tote GoPros and their accessories, well worth a look for the frequent GoPro traveler.

Simple "unboxing" video I made to show everyone my first look at the Carrier Pro ZIG, a unique and well-designed bag/organizer for your GoPros and all their accessories. I really appreciate all the thought that went into the design of this product because traveling with cameras and all their accessories, even one as small as a GoPro, can be a pain and small stuff gets misplaced easily.

Created by Gian Rosales, it is a proudly Philippine-made, crowdfunded product. I'm only too happy to support a world-class product from a homegrown entrepreneur.

Why We Travel

Why We Travel

Well, for those wondering about what the heck I did during my "mini-retirement," here it is: My heartfelt ode to travel and my fellow travelers. Two months of travel, four countries in Latin America, and a lifetime's worth of unforgettable moments, in four minutes. Dedicated to all travelers, especially the crazy ones who travel solo.

I hope it's able to remind you of the magic of your own journeys, or inspires you to make your own.

My Interview on Daybreak on 9News

Feel the need to reexamine your life? Well, some people travel for a few days to escape -- but some also take the risk to relocate or travel for several months to go on what author Tim Ferriss calls as the "mini-retirement."

Thanks to all of the wonderful people who read, shared, and commented on my Mini-Retirement post, I had the chance to look silly on live morning television! It was great fun and I'm quite grateful that I got to do it.

(PS Whoopsie, they got my Instagram username wrong - it's apalabyab. "Palabyab" is my cousin's account.)

Coron

I wanted to make something simple to give a glimpse of the stunning natural beauty of Coron, in Palawan. Just a short flight away from my hometown in Metro Manila, I'd say the scenery in Coron - and indeed, much of Palawan - can stand amongst the best tropical paradises in the world.
